How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I report a poll or user?
Tap the three-dot menu on any poll or visit a user's profile and select "Report." Our team reviews every report.
Why was my poll removed?
Polls that violate our community guidelines are removed. If you believe a removal was in error, email us with the details.
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings → Account to update your username. Usernames can be changed once every 30 days.
